– Custom Order Process –

Thank you for your interest in our custom‑made service.

Below is a step‑by‑step guide so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Enquiry & Consultation

· You share your ideas, inspiration photos, preferred colours, fabrics, or any specific transformation requirements (e.g. number of looks, hidden elements).

· We will advise on feasibility, estimated timeline, and final price based on complexity.

2. Quote & Deposit

· After we agree on the design, you will receive a detailed quote.

· 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your production slot and begin the design process.

3. Design & Material Sourcing

· Designer Lilian will create initial sketches and propose fabric swatches.

· You will have the opportunity to request adjustments before we move to production.

4. First Fitting
(First Sample)

·A first fitting will be scheduled at KanaLili studio

(or via detailed measurement guide + video call for remote clients).

· We will use the First Sample to check the fit and silhouette.

For transformation gown, we will also show the transformation technique.

· Any necessary adjustments will be discussed and noted.

5. Production

·Once the first fitting and measurements are confirmed and approved, we will begin crafting your final dress.

· Typical production time: 3–4 months (may vary depending on complexity).

· We will send you occasional progress updates (photos/videos) so you can see your dress come to life.

6. Second Fitting
(Final Dress – First Try)

· A second fitting is scheduled when the final dress is nearly complete.

· Minor adjustments (hem, strap length, closure tightness) are made at this stage.

· Remote clients will receive detailed instructions for at‑home fitting with video support.

7. Final Adjustments & Quality Check

·After the second fitting, we make any final tweaks.

· The dress undergoes a thorough quality check (all mechanisms, seams, embellishments).

8. Balance Payment & Shipping

·Remaining 50% balance is due before shipping.

· Once paid, the dress is carefully packed and shipped to your address.

· Worldwide shipping with tracking and insurance.

9. Delivery & Aftercare

·You receive your dress along with care instructions (dry clean only, storage tips).

· Available for any post‑delivery questions or minor repairs

(additional fees may apply for major alterations).

Payment Terms

50% deposit – to begin design & production 50% balance – before shipping
