“KanaLili Digital Gift Card” means a electronic gift card which you have purchased or received (hereinafter collectively the "the Card") ；

The Card is an anonymous and non-reloadable gift card, available in pre-determined values of HK$100, HK$300, HK$500, HK$520, HK$888 and HK$1,000.

 

1. KanaLili Digital Gift Card(the Card) is valid to purchase products being sold in KanaLili online store (hereinafter, individually any of them, Store, and collectively, Stores).

 

2. The Card is the property of the issuer: KanaLili, and registered office at Unit 907, 9/F, Westin Centre, 26 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. The holder of the Card is a mere user and depositary thereof.

 

3. Once bought, the balance of the Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

 

4. Where appropriate, any refund of the price of the products purchased with the Card which are returned shall be made by crediting the price of the returned products back onto the remaining balance of the Card. However, if the Card no longer exists upon returning the products, the price of returned products shall be credited to a digital gift card may generate new codes issued by theoriginal purchase channel, whose terms and conditions of use are: KanaLili Digital Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch to the intended recipient thereof. At the expiry of the validity period, the Card cannot be renewed, or used to purchase products, nor shall any unused remaining balance in the Card be claimed.

 

The refund method herein provided is an essential term. By purchasing and/ or using the Card, this evidences your full acceptance of such term.

 

5. The Card is a bearer instrument. Its holder shall be solely responsible for the use and custody of the Card. The Card shall not be replaced in case of theft, loss or damage thereof.

 

6. Cards originally obtained via any unlawful means shall be null and void and they shall not be used to purchase products, nor shall the price thereof be refunded.

 

7. Where the virtual Card is purchased, we shall not be responsible for the non receipt or the delay in receiving such Card by its intended recipient on grounds beyond our control, including inter alia: (i) the deficiencies or the breakdown of telecommunications lines/systems, (ii) the delay in the transmission of information or data or the loss of information or data which may occur under any of the circumstances provided under letter

(i) above; (iii) the inaccuracy of the details of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of the Card; (iv) impossibility of delivery of the Card at the e-mail address provided, or (v) the fact that the e-mail sent is deemed to be spam or unwanted e-mail.

 

8.Conditions for the use and redemption of the Card:

(a)  If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the Card, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.

(d) The credit of the Card does not accrue interest, nor does it have a cash value.

(c) Gift Card codes must be entered at the check-out page online only，only one Gift Card code can be redeemed per order. 。

(d) If the credit of the Card is insufficient for the Order you wish to place, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.

(e) In rare cases, KanaLili may at its sole discretion discontinue or cancel any Gift Card previously issued and will not be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.

9. The Card shall not be used for the purposes of advertising or promoting products or services marketed by any third party unless prior written consent is given by the issuer.

10. The Card is not allowed to use as Payment method for purchasing another gift card.

 

11. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and our policies at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions, including our policies will be posted on our Platform and be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

“ KanaLili Digital Gift Card”是指您購買或收到的電子禮品卡（以下統稱「此卡」）；

此卡是一張不記名及不可增值的電子禮品卡。設有預設面額HK$100, HK$300, HK$500, HK$520, HK$888 及HK$1,000。

1.此卡可用於購買KanaLili 網站（以下統稱「商店」）銷售的產品。

 

2. 此卡屬於發卡機構KanaLili 的財產，其註冊辦公地址為香港特別行政區九龍觀塘鴻圖道26號威登中心9樓907室。此卡持有人僅為此卡的使用者和保管人。

 

3. 一旦購買，此卡中的餘額即不可退還，亦不可兌換成現金。

 

4. 適當情況下，使用此卡購買的產品如有退貨，退貨產品的退款會退回此卡。但若在產品退貨時，此卡已不存在，則退貨產品的退款應退至原購買渠道發行的禮品卡或將生成新代碼。該等電子禮品卡的使用條款及細則如下：電子禮品卡其有效期為向虛擬卡的預定接收方發送虛擬卡之日起的一（1）年。有效期届滿後，此卡不可續期，亦不可用於購買產品，卡內任何未使用的餘額將不獲兌付。

 

本條款及細則規定的退款方式屬於必備條款。購買及／或使用此卡，即表示您完全接受該條款。

 

5. 此卡不記名。此卡持有人對此卡的使用及保管自行負責。此卡若被竊、有遺失或破損，恕不補發。

 

6. 此卡若經任何非法手段獲得，概屬無效，不得用於購買產品，其中的餘額亦不予退還。

 

7. 對於所購買的電子禮品卡，若由於我們控制範圍之外的原因，預定接收方未收到或未準時收到電子禮品卡，我們概不負責。我們控制範圍之外的原因包括但不限於：(i) 電信線路／系統出現缺陷或故障，(ii) 在上述第 (i) 項中規定的任何情形下可能發生的資料或數據

傳輸延遲或資料或數據遺失，(iii) 購卡者提供的虛擬卡預定接收方的資料不準確，(iv)虛擬卡無法發送至所提供的電郵地址，或 (v) 我們發送的電郵被當作垃圾電郵或多餘電郵。

8.禮品卡兌換條件：

(a) 如果您訂購的產品的金額少於電子禮品卡的價值，則不會退還任何退款或餘額。

(d) 此卡的面額不會產生利息，也沒有對應的現金價值。

(c)禮品卡代碼必須僅在結賬頁面輸入，每張購買訂單只能使用一個禮品卡代碼。

(d) 如果此卡的面額不足以完全支付您要下的訂單商品價值，建議可以使用我們接受的任何一種付款方式來彌補差額。

(f)在極少數情況下，KanaLili可以自行決定終止或取消任何已發出的電子禮品卡，並對於由此產生的任何損失概不負責。

 

9. 未經發卡機構事先書面同意，此卡不可用於宣傳或推廣任何第三方銷售的產品或服務。

 

10. 此卡不能用於購買電子禮品卡。 電子禮品卡只能透過我們接受的任何一種付款方式購買。

 

11. 我們保留隨時自行決定修改這些條款和條件以及我們的政策的權利，恕不另行通知。這些條款和條件，包括我們的政策的所有修訂，都將發佈在我們的平台上並立即生效。繼續使用本平台即代表您默認接受經修訂的條款和條件。
