FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $1,500 AND OVER.

For orders under $1,500 a shipping fee of $50 will be applied at checkout.

We deliver orders using SF Express. Orders received before 9am, Monday to Friday are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours. KanaLili online is unable to dispatch parcels over the weekend.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates & do not include any delays that may be caused by the delivery service. SF Express is an external postage service so we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Please note, during sale periods & times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders & in turn delivery times may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To process a return or exchange, please contact us on info@kanalili.com.

Please note that KanaLili does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using your trackable postage as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email us at info@kanalili.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Images of the fault are always helpful too!

Products that have a major fault or manufacturing fault may be returned for a refund, an exchange for another item or a store credit. For products with minor faults, we can often repair these for you! This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
